Paper Submission Deadline: ~~March 31, 2010~~ April 22, 2010

Please note that the on-line submission system will be closed after deadline (Submission Deadline: April 15, 2010). COIN2010 recommends all authors to complete all submission procedures well in advance.

Original papers reporting on new research and development results as well as practical implementations and applications in the technical areas as described in the Scope are solicited. Each author is requested to submit a three page-long camera ready paper in PDF file. The three-page paper must be prepared on A4- size page, typed single-spaced and double columned within 17 cm x 24 cm area. The title of the paper, author��s name, affiliation, complete return address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address must appear at the top of the first page, followed by a 35-word abstract. Clear table, line drawings, and photographs can be included anywhere within the 17 cm x 24 cm area. Characters and illustrations exceeding the 17 cm x 24 cm area limit on each sheet may not be printed in the Technical Digest.

	Prepare a PDF file by using IEEE PDF eXpress. Do not use two byte characters. The standard font should be used whenever possible (for example, Times-Font family, or Helvetica-Fonts family). If you wish to type a symbolic character, please use Symbol-Fonts family.

On-line submission is mandatory and facilities for on-line submission will be provided on the conference web site. All regular submission papers must be registered via the COIN 2010 web site. (http://www.coin2010.org) Please do not send the paper by e-mail, fax or regular mail.

Step. 1	Create your ID and password.
Step. 2	Submit your paper in IEEE PDF eXpress converted PDF File via on-line paper submission with your ID & Password no later than ~~March 31, 2010~~ April 22, 2010.
Step. 3	After your paper submission, you will receive the confirmation letter from the COIN 2010 Secretariat including your paper number and the other specific information by e-mail. If you do not receive it within a week after your paper submission, please feel free to contact us.
