- OIW 2010 Regular Registration includes admission to oral and poster sessions of OIW 2010, get together party, coffee breaks, technical digest of OIW 2010, and banquet.
- The combined registration for COIN 2010 and OIW 2010 is provided at the discounted rate compared to registering separately.
- Banquet is not included for student registration.
- Members of COIN 2010 sponsoring societies (KICS, OSIA, OSK, IEEE Photonics, IEEE Region 10, and AOS) are eligible for the reduced registration fee and they need to provide their membership ID numbers at the time of registration.
- Please note that at least one author has to register for each submitted paper in COIN 2010 by June 25, 2010.

Requests to change a conference registration must be made in writing and emailed or faxed to the secretariat. |
|
Request for registration refund must be received no later than June 15, 2010. There is $50 administrative charge for processing refund. After this date NO REFUND is possible. All refund will be processed after the conference. |
